Special appreciation to Prince Pandey and Mukul for their extended support, clear guidance, and responsiveness throughout the process. The overall experience was smooth and professional.
Overall, this is a great project with excellent amenities and a fantastic location. While we initially faced some issues during the booking and agreement process but Vismay Shekhawat and Prince Pandey helped us resolve the conflict. Prince from CRM team gives me timely update and solve my every query as well.

One of the worst builders I have dealt with. The project was delayed by almost 3 years beyond the promised possession date, and throughout the process there was a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Communication was poor, and the way the possession process was handled was disorganized and frustrating. Instead of addressing buyers' concerns properly, the entire handover felt rushed and forcefully completed. The construction quality is also disappointing, with several issues that should have been addressed before possession. It gives the impression that the project was delivered just to close it out rather than to meet acceptable quality standards. I would strongly advise anyone considering this builder to do thorough research, visit completed projects, and speak to existing residents before making a decision. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this builder.
