One of the worst builders I have dealt with. The project was delayed by almost 3 years beyond the promised possession date, and throughout the process there was a complete lack of professionalism and accountability.
Communication was poor, and the way the possession process was handled was disorganized and frustrating. Instead of addressing buyers' concerns properly, the entire handover felt rushed and forcefully completed.
The construction quality is also disappointing, with several issues that should have been addressed before possession. It gives the impression that the project was delivered just to close it out rather than to meet acceptable quality standards.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this builder to do thorough research, visit completed projects, and speak to existing residents before making a decision. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this builder.

This comment is for VTP and to future buyers. 1 star because It feels like a scam. I went through many reviews and all negative reviews I feel are genuine and 5 stars are paid.
Like many of them mentioned the promised date was mid 2025. Agreement says Dec-2025. Its end of Mar 2026. We are into grace period of 6 months and the progress is still very slow. I do not think we are getting possession in 2026. Which is a delay of more than a year.
As of today it's been more than a month I'm waiting to hear back from VTP CRM team on my email. Now someone from team would comment here asking for details of my unit and contacts. And my response to them is go and check your inbox. You could have responded in time, Why did you wait for me to post a review? 😄

I still haven't heard back on email (the email that was sent on 19-Feb-2026) that was sent to CRM team and assigned CRM. Today I have escalated to head of CRM. Let's see if it works. The person who is commenting on every review asking for Unit and contact details, don't you have access to CRM mailbox 😄. You are just posting response showing that you care but actually you don't.
Update as of 26-May-2026:
Team claims to give possession by end of 2026 which is a year delay than what was promised and what is mentioned in the agreement. But looking at the progress I still doubt they would finish it in 2026.
