I recently booked a flat with VTP Cielo and had a positive experience throughout the process. The sales executive, Pawanji, handled the transaction deftly—he was knowledgeable, patient, and responsive to our queries. The booking itself was straightforward, and the CRM executive, Sonaliji, managed the agreement procedure smoothly and professionally. While possession is scheduled for December 2028, I appreciate the clear communication and efficiency shown so far and hope the same level of support continues until handover. Based on my experience to date, I am confident the project will be completed effectively.
I thought VTP is one of the reputed builders competing Godrej. But let me tell you, this group is totally a scam. I purchased a property with VTP, after all the money have gone to VTP, now they are not giving any responses when it comes to handling the issues within the building. Strange part is when I called the site helper there, he literally have blocked me. I am amazed by this experience honestly. Now I will have to incur extra to get my leakages repaired. These people are that much unprofessional that I had to go for registry of the document twice, since VTP group coordinators literally sent the wrong draft (wrong name was mentioned, even after telling them twice) for the prints in the registrar office. I seriously want someone SENIOR from CRM team should reach me, I will tell them what kind of employees they have hired.
VTP Realty first time entered in Bavdhan with VTP Cielo, premium 2, 3 and 4 Bedroom Residences near the NDA forest but just a few minutes away from the Kothrud.
Project is offering Spacious layouts . Only drawback is Vastu Compliancy .
Have been to the site it is very nice and flats are very big size and attended staff(Swapnil sathe) was very polite and good with location and project knowledge and specifications...must visit the site and should go for VTP Cielo..

One of the worst builders I have dealt with. The project was delayed by almost 3 years beyond the promised possession date, and throughout the process there was a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Communication was poor, and the way the possession process was handled was disorganized and frustrating. Instead of addressing buyers' concerns properly, the entire handover felt rushed and forcefully completed. The construction quality is also disappointing, with several issues that should have been addressed before possession. It gives the impression that the project was delivered just to close it out rather than to meet acceptable quality standards. I would strongly advise anyone considering this builder to do thorough research, visit completed projects, and speak to existing residents before making a decision. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this builder.
