I am an owner of two units at VTP Aethereus, and this review is shared purely based on my personal experience. Any prospective buyer is welcome to visit my unit and see the actual condition firsthand—I can personally show what is marketed as “world-class facilities.” Issues experienced on a regular basis: • Consistent plumbing problems across the project, including leakages and seepage. • Frequent pipe failures, often leading to sewage overflow in parking and common areas, creating hygiene concerns. • Possession was delayed by approximately 16 months. Compensation, if any, was calculated strictly as per the builder’s internal terms, which were disclosed only at the time of possession. • Due to poor maintenance and project management, tenants are increasingly unwilling to continue living here, affecting livability and rental value. • The communicated possession date was 31st September 2024, yet amenities remain incomplete even now. • CRM, facility management, and overall management response have been highly unsatisfactory, with repeated follow-ups yielding minimal resolution. This review is not intended to defame, but to inform fellow homebuyers based on an owner’s lived experience. I strongly recommend speaking directly with existing owners from any VTP project to obtain real-time feedback before making an investment decision. For most families, buying a home is a once-in-a-lifetime decision. Please verify claims independently and proceed only after thorough due diligence. I am writing this review for the VTP Volare project. My overall journey so far has been very good, right from the sales process to the post-sales experience. I interacted with Ms. Shivani from sales and Mr. Kiran from the CRM team after sales, and both have been extremely supportive. I always received quick responses and they patiently address all my queries. My journey with VTP has been satisfying till now and I hope the same level of support continues until possession, as committed in Dec 2028.

I thought VTP is one of the reputed builders competing Godrej. But let me tell you, this group is totally a scam. I purchased a property with VTP, after all the money have gone to VTP, now they are not giving any responses when it comes to handling the issues within the building. Strange part is when I called the site helper there, he literally have blocked me. I am amazed by this experience honestly. Now I will have to incur extra to get my leakages repaired. These people are that much unprofessional that I had to go for registry of the document twice, since VTP group coordinators literally sent the wrong draft (wrong name was mentioned, even after telling them twice) for the prints in the registrar office. I seriously want someone SENIOR from CRM team should reach me, I will tell them what kind of employees they have hired.
