I am extremely disappointed with my experience with VTP Group and feel mentally stressed due to the delay in my refund. I had paid a token amount of ₹1,00,000 only for price blocking of the flat unit which I was discussing with the sales team. I had not finalized or confirmed any specific unit for booking at that time, and the team was clearly informed that the payment was only for temporary blocking. Later, due to a serious medical emergency in my family, I formally requested cancellation and refund of the pre-booking amount. However, after my cancellation request, the team internally marked the flat as booked using the same ₹1 lakh amount, which is completely unfair. As per their own policy, the actual booking amount is around ₹2 to ₹2.5 lakhs, but without my consent and without my presence, they showed the unit as booked with only ₹1 lakh. Now they are using this as a reason to deduct cancellation charges and agreement cost for a flat which I never actually booked with them. I informed the team about the cancellation in January itself and submitted all required medical documents as requested. My father was hospitalized for a long period, and we had to spend a huge amount on medical treatment, which put us under severe financial pressure. Despite providing everything on time, my refund process has still not been completed. Every time I follow up, I am given a new date or a new reason for delay. Recently I was told that the cancellation process will start now and the refund may take another 45 days, which is very unfair considering the situation was already explained long back. What is most disappointing is that the builder is very quick to take money from customers, but when the customer genuinely needs the money back due to an emergency, the process becomes very slow and difficult. It feels like once the builder has taken the money, returning it back to the customer is not treated as a priority, even in serious situations. In this difficult time, when my family is going through medical and financial stress, such behavior from a reputed builder is very disheartening. I trusted the brand name VTP, but the support I received in my worst time is not what I expected from a customer-friendly company. I request VTP Group to process my refund immediately without further delay. Otherwise, I will be forced to escalate the matter through MahaRERA, consumer forum, and social media so that other buyers are aware of such experiences.

I am extremely disappointed with the VTP Verve project and would strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before investing here. I booked my flat in December 2021 with the expectation of timely delivery. The originally promised possession date was December 2024, which was already pushed to June 2025 as per RERA. Now, even that revised timeline has passed with no clear or confirmed possession date provided. The lack of transparency and communication from the builder is highly concerning. What makes the situation worse is the financial burden this delay has caused. I am currently forced to pay both heavy EMIs and house rent simultaneously, which is completely unjustified given the developer’s failure to honor their commitments. There has been no accountability, no clear updates, and no compensation clarity despite such a significant delay. This reflects poorly on the project management and customer handling. Overall, this has been a frustrating and stressful experience. I would not recommend VTP Verve to anyone looking for reliability or timely delivery.

Delayed project. No support from the CRM team and developer. Ankit Teli don't know how to treat customers. I understand he is an employee but still our homes are way important than his job. 2028 is the ne possession date which started in 2021 clearly explains the negligence.

VTP has been one of the most disappointing builders I’ve dealt with. My experience with the Verve project has been extremely frustrating and stressful. The project is heavily delayed, and based on the current construction pace, it doesn’t look like possession will happen anytime soon—definitely not within the next year. To make things worse, the project possession timeline has reportedly been pushed to 2029 without properly informing customers. There is absolutely no transparency. The only communication we receive is demand emails—no proactive updates, no clear timelines, and no accountability. Dealing with Ankit Teli (Deputy General Manager) has been equally disappointing. Calls go unanswered, and whenever we do get a response, the timelines shared are unrealistic. Questions about compensation as per RERA guidelines are ignored or avoided without any clear answer. Even after continuous follow-ups, monthly visits, and multiple owners trying to get clarity, there is still no confirmed possession date. This has been one of the worst decisions of my life. I strongly urge all Verve buyers to come together, raise their voices, and hold VTP accountable for these delays and lack of transparency.

Location wise this project is good so we went ahead with the booking with partial booking amount. But we had bad experience with VTP Verve. We cancelled the booking within a day after verifying the RERA Dates because those were not matching with what we were told. And we asked for our refund. But we have learnt the policies which they created for themselves is 1% amount of your said unit will be deducted on cancellation. which means 80K for 80lac. For anyone considering an investment: if you’re 100% okay with delayed possession and can afford to wait for years, then you can still go ahead. But for those who are genuinely concerned about possession timelines and the interest payments to banks, it’s better to avoid such deals. Also, looking at their previous project deliveries, most of them were delayed by almost two and a half years. This isn’t just my assumption — it’s based on statements from their own buyers.(E.g VTP Sierra) RERA should seriously look into and ban such policies that builders create around booking amounts. It’s the hard-earned money of people, and they simply refuse to return it even when there’s no actual loss to them. This kind of practice is completely unfair.
