I’m writing this review to appreciate the excellent support we have received from Stuti and the CRM team at VTP Flamante throughout our journey so far. I would also like to mention Parijat from the Marketing team for the smooth communication and support during the initial phase of our experience. We have purchased a unit at VTP Flamante and are currently going through the payment process. Stuti has been extremely supportive, responsive, and efficient throughout, and has always been available whenever we needed assistance or clarification. Her proactive communication and willingness to help have made the process much smoother for us. We truly appreciate the professionalism and support we have received so far. We wish Stuti and the entire team all the very best, and hope the same level of quality, service, and positive experience continues throughout the rest of our journey with VTP.

VTP Flamante – A Painful Lesson for Homebuyers I booked my flat in July 2023, believing the promises made by VTP Realty and trusting the project timelines. Now it is August 2026. More than three years have passed, yet only around 3 floors of the planned 33 floors appear to be completed. Still, the possession commitment is June 2027. As a homebuyer, this is extremely frustrating. We are not investing spare money — we are investing our life savings and taking huge loans, paying EMIs and builder demands month after month. The construction progress does not appear to match the confidence shown during booking. My biggest regret is trusting the promises and advertisements and making this investment. If I had known the actual pace of construction, I would have stayed far away from this project. VTP should remember that behind every booking number is a family putting its financial future at risk. Potential buyers: please investigate everything independently before investing. Don't rely blindly on sales promises.

I'm so pleased with the excellent service from the VTP service team! 👍 Their support was fantastic throughout the entire sales and after-sales process. It was a wonderfully smooth and hassle-free experience.

The construction progress is extremely slow, with only about one floor being completed every 3–4 months. As per the agreement, possession was promised by the middle of next year, but at the current pace that seems highly unlikely. Despite significant time having passed, only 4 floors have been completed so far. There is very little visible progress on-site, and communication regarding delays has not been satisfactory. Buyers are investing their hard-earned money and expect the builder to adhere to the committed timelines. I would advise potential buyers to carefully evaluate the project's progress and delivery track record before making any investment decision.

Worst experience so far. If you have queries after you make payment its never been addressed. No one reply you on mail. One person will point to other after giving fake timelines and no resolution. I asked for refund 5 months ago. Still nothing. Why write 45-60 days when you can’t commit to timeline.
