I booked a flat in VTP Euphoria, Kharadi, in 2022 with a promised possession date of June 2025. Even after the 6-month grace period, possession has still not been given.What is most disappointing is the repeated false assurances. I was told I could expect possession by the end of May, so I planned my rental lease accordingly. Now, I am being told to wait until the end of the year. Constantly changing timelines have completely eroded my trust in the builder.The lack of transparency is equally frustrating. Despite paying a substantial EMI every month for the past four years, I have repeatedly requested permission to visit my flat and see its actual construction status. Every time, I receive the same response—that no one is allowed to visit and I will be informed when it is ready. As a buyer, I believe I deserve better visibility into the progress of my own home. My experience with the CRM team has also been disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend trusting the possession timelines or verbal commitments made by the builder.

VTP euphoria is biggest project in this area. 30 floors is very high. My tower fining work is going on. Construction is delayed too much but now finishing work is fast. Crm team should give more clear dates for handover.

Mr. Amit vtp kharadi from the sales team promised a flat within my ₹85 lakh budget, but after I visited the site, he quoted ₹99 lakh. Very misleading and a complete waste of time. Please don’t make false promises just to get customers to visit. Always get the final price confirmed before visiting any VTP project.

I am sharing my genuine experience as a customer of VTP Realty for Unit EUPHORIA-T3-****. My concern is not with the brand image or marketing claims, but with the actual CRM experience I have faced after booking and making payments. For several months, I had to repeatedly follow up to get clear written clarification on delayed possession compensation, final account reconciliation, demand calculations, GST-related issues, and adjustment/refund process. The CRM team confirmed in writing that delayed possession compensation is effective from 1 January 2026 and that the applicable rate is SBI MCLR + 2%, with settlement at the time of possession. However, later responses continued to use phrases such as “if applicable” and “if any compensation is found payable,” which created avoidable confusion for me as a customer. I also had to repeatedly request point-wise answers regarding the principal amount used for compensation calculation, adjustment against final demand, refund mode if compensation exceeds dues, and whether the reconciliation would be completed before key handover. Instead of receiving a clear consolidated confirmation quickly, I experienced delays, generic replies, and lack of straightforward communication. As a customer, I expected a transparent and professional CRM process, especially after making substantial payments and following up patiently. My feedback is based on my personal documented email experience. I hope VTP Realty improves its CRM communication, provides clear written responses, and handles customer account reconciliation in a more transparent and timely manner.

I visited VTP Euphoria site last week with CRM team and tower is looking very tall and ready from outside. Most of the structure work is finish now. They are doing internal painting and tiling work. Hopefully we get possession by end of this year as promised.
