I purchased a 2BHK flat here in July 2024. The builder’s expected possession date is December 2027, while the official RERA possession date is March 2028. We are really excited and hoping to get possession on time! The location looks promising, with nearby projects from Godrej Properties and VTP. Question for neighbors/buyers: When I booked, I was promised a shortcut road connecting the project directly to the main road. Does anyone reading this know the current status of that connectivity or how much work has been completed? Please let me know!

Disappointing experience with VTP’s channel partner. We booked our property through ANS Empire India Pvt. Ltd., whose representative committed to a ₹50k cashback during the booking process. Their representatives were operating from the VTP office, which gave us confidence and made us believe they were associated with VTP. Despite multiple follow-ups, the cashback has not been received, and the representative is now not responding. We expect VTP to clarify whether ANS Empire is an authorised channel partner and look into this matter seriously. If they are associated with VTP, we request VTP to take appropriate action, as such experiences can affect the trust customers place in the VTP brand.
My experience with VTP Dolce Vita was superb 💯. The overall quality exceeded my initial expectations, making it a highly satisfactory choice. I found the entire engagement to be impeccable and intend to return. 🌟 I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. 👍😊

One of the worst builders I have dealt with. The project was delayed by almost 3 years beyond the promised possession date, and throughout the process there was a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Communication was poor, and the way the possession process was handled was disorganized and frustrating. Instead of addressing buyers' concerns properly, the entire handover felt rushed and forcefully completed. The construction quality is also disappointing, with several issues that should have been addressed before possession. It gives the impression that the project was delivered just to close it out rather than to meet acceptable quality standards. I would strongly advise anyone considering this builder to do thorough research, visit completed projects, and speak to existing residents before making a decision. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this builder.
