Project is located right next to BAIF forest zone so air quality is much better than main kharadi market side. Peaceful surrounding with green view from higher floor.
I really liked that VTP Aurelia has its own high-street commercial shops at the ground level. It will be so convenient to have cafes and daily needs stores right below the building. Since it’s a new launch the payment plans are also very flexible which helped me to book a 2bhk easily. Location is very prime because all the big IT parks like Eon are just 10 mins away
The elevation rendering they showed at site office is beautiful. Roman style architecture in 36 storey tower will make it landmark project in new kharadi.
. The main reason I booked Aurelia is the European architecture style... it looks so different from regular square buildings in Pune. Those arched windows and grand promenades will give a very royal feeling when we enter. Even though it's under construction I can imagine how beautiful the courtyards will look. VTP is really bringing something new to Kharadi this time with this theme.
Be ready to be looted , random CAM demands, flat handover without electric meters, they own both head and tail of the coin , be ready to loose ur corpus , get unnecessary cam increase demands even after paying it. If you are buying here maintenance will reach to 10 rs per square feet don't go by the aggrement as soon after possession you will get a CAM demand , just to lure customers they show less in aggrement. Even today how they are not able to predict the expenditure. If you are raising CAM charges with 7.5 rs plus township maintenance why for new projects its less which will be getting possesion in 2029. Its all trap. If you are will to pay very high maintenance with poor service be my guest and purchase here . Vtp wali diwali :) At township level they will blame township developer , do not take any ownership.

One of the worst builders I have dealt with. The project was delayed by almost 3 years beyond the promised possession date, and throughout the process there was a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Communication was poor, and the way the possession process was handled was disorganized and frustrating. Instead of addressing buyers' concerns properly, the entire handover felt rushed and forcefully completed. The construction quality is also disappointing, with several issues that should have been addressed before possession. It gives the impression that the project was delivered just to close it out rather than to meet acceptable quality standards. I would strongly advise anyone considering this builder to do thorough research, visit completed projects, and speak to existing residents before making a decision. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this builder.
