We booked my flat in VTP Altair back in 2021 with the hope of owning a home in a well-planned township with reputed amenities and a good living environment. At the time of booking, the commitments regarding timelines and delivery sounded convincing, and we genuinely felt confident about the project and the brand. However, the experience over the years has been quite disappointing, mainly due to the consistent delays in possession. Even after waiting for several years, the project is still not ready for handover, and there has been no clear, transparent, or consistently updated communication about the revised timelines. For a homebuyer, especially someone who has invested their hard-earned money and long-term plans, this uncertainty becomes very stressful. While the location, layout and VTP’s township concept are definitely strong points of the project, the lack of timely progress on the possession front overshadows these positives. Delayed handover has affected financial planning, rent commitments, and overall peace of mind. Another major concern is the communication gap. Updates often feel insufficient or unclear, and buyers are left guessing about the actual status. A project of this scale requires much better coordination, transparency, and accountability to maintain customer trust. We still hope the final product will live up to the expectations set at the time of booking, because the design and amenities showcased were impressive. But the journey so far has not been smooth, and we genuinely feel that the timelines should have been managed and communicated much more responsibly.

We booked in 2021 with high hopes. It is July 2026. Not even soft possession given till now. The entire VTP customer care and relationship managers are totally useless. Like parrots that keep repeating the postponed dates again and again. Every month they postpone it to the next 2 months. Unnecessary rent we are paying plus our EMIs. Not even ready to give soft possession for us to plan interiors. My sincere request to all. PLEASE THINK 100 TIMES BEFORE INVESTING IN A VTP PROJECT. Look for other builders who are more responsible. A harassed home buyer.

I visited the site last week and wow VTP Altair is looking so grand. It is the tallest tower in Kharadi and you can see it from very far away. My 3bhk is on a higher floor and I am sure the view of the city skyline will be amazing at night. Construction is going very fast and the glass facade work has also started which makes it look very premium. Very happy I booked my home here at VTP.

Having recently passed by the site, the architectural presence of VTP Altair is hard to miss. The tower is easily one of the tallest in the Kharadi skyline, and the glass-heavy facade gives it a very global, contemporary look. It’s clear why the project sold out so quickly, the visual appeal alone sets it apart from the more traditional buildings in the vicinity. I’m eager to see the final lighting of the towers as they approach completion.

We book the unit in Sep 2021, possession date was dec 2024 now we are in 2026. Still no confirmation on the final possession date. Still a lot of work in pending in the project not sure when we will get the flat. Can anyone from VTP can give the accurate possession date?
