I have been searching for a dream home since some time now. Have visited more 50 to 60 different Abt to launched or launched projects in and around Chinchwad, Ravet, Punavale, Hinjewadi, Balewadi, Baner and beyond. It's been more than a year I've been searching for dream home. With all this exp behind me, I had then somehow finalised 3-4 different project for my liking, ITrend Palacio bein one of them. What I liked Abt this project was the Layout, it's feeling and the Structure or Architecture of the buildings in this project. Very nice utilisation of the internal space and no wastages. The premiumness wise and other things were similar or near abt. So what made me decide on Palacio It was the way things were presented to me. The way I was treated by the team. As simple as as soon as I entered the greating, providing water etc.... Then the way the project was explained, sample flat was presented, I could imagine my future home in here. So would like to especially mention here abt 'Jayashree Sontake' and her presntation skills were very good. At last when I came to finalizing and payment, even though we negotiated very hard, we were treated very respectfully and in a righteous way. Here would like to mention Mr. Naval for his professionalism. Now that deal was done, I still visited couple of times to show the project to my elders and extended family. Even though the sale was already completed, still we were treated treated with the same courteous and respect as a new customer. Apologies to miss on the names of others like the receptionist who was always with a smile, the helpers who were very courteous and Mr. Nirav who facilitated the negotiations What do they need to improve on? I believe the team is experienced and mature enough to introspect and improve on any thing which may be missing to get perfect 5. So would like to give 4 1/2 ⭐ So the Palacio sales team definitely was one of the major reason along with good layout, legacy and confidence in Saheel properties which influenced my decision.
