An excellent commercial project in a prime location with strong investment potential. The office spaces are impressive, and the team explained the benefits very well. Upcoming infrastructure development is likely to drive better returns.

Misleading advertising. The builder heavily promoted an 18% ROI to attract buyers, but once agreement is made they refused to stand by the claim or provide any justification. The builder sales team promised rental support before booking, with valid written proof but denied it after the agreement. Their excuse was that the sales team has changed, which is completely unacceptable. Customers should not suffer due to their internal issues. This is misleading, unprofessional, and unethical. Verbal promises are made only to close sales and later conveniently ignored. Proofs are also denied by builder saying internal software error. Before trusting please connect some old investor in this project for their experience, don't trust their commitments unless everything is in writing and recorded

Very bad experience. I also faced serious issues with the sales and CRM team. They made false promises before booking and later completely denied everything—even after I showed clear proof. The owner himself refused to take responsibility. It’s obvious that most positive reviews here are from channel partners, not real customers.
