Wanted to share my experience by their staff at their sales office in Kharadi (Pristine 02) The staff was so rude they left no stone unturned in humiliating us. They were not even ready to show us the sample flat or discuss anything about it. The sales executive who was assigned was like you can walk around see the flat let me know if I should proceed with this discussion. Honestly saying guys this builder is it not at all customer centric, they just want to build and sell given that there so many buyers in the market. They don't want to build lasting relationship but it's just a one time affair for them. Not worth being a part of such a community.

⛔⛔⛔⛔🚫🚫🚫❌❌ "Caution to potential buyers! I own a flat in the Pristine Prosperia C wing of this builder, and unfortunately, the construction quality is subpar. We've faced numerous issues, and it's been a challenge. If you're considering purchasing a property from this builder, proceed with caution and thoroughly inspect the build quality before making a decision."

Imagine being ready to buy your dream home and being rejected—not for money or documents—but because of your religion. That’s exactly what happened with Yoo Pristine. Through a partner, it was communicated that they won’t sell to Muslims. This hidden bias is disgusting and discriminatory. Absolutely Unethical and Biased

I bought property in equilife.Sales team was good until the documentation was done. After that I had to do lot of headache to collect payment receipt. One of my cheque was misplaced by team. For that also I had to do lot of stuf from my end. Construction quality is okay. Possession was not on time. After possession builder is not taking responsibility for seepage issues... After lots of complaints some worker came and just coloured the wall.
