This project of 10 towers is located at an excellent place near to Chandani Chowk, Bavdhan. Nyati offers defence service persons very good discounts and a lot of respect. I was in interaction with Subedar Major ( Hony Captain) Retd Balasaheb Vagare of the 19 Maratha Light Infantry Batallion. He conducted me and my wife through the project very professionally. My only reservation is that the amenities may feel stretched once all towers are occupied, considering the total number of flats. Another point to keep in mind is the relatively narrow approach road. It's manageable today, but with multiple projects coming up in the vicinity, traffic could become a concern in the future unless road infrastructure is upgraded. Overall, I'm happy with my decision and optimistic about the project's long-term prospects. Also, if you're a fellow owner, it's worth connecting with other residents through the community's Instagram or WhatsApp owner groups, as they can be useful for sharing updates and information.

As per rera the possession date was 31st aug 2026 however nyati is not giving us any exact date of possession oc is not in place not sure how many things need to see after getting flats not sure will it be fully ready and the CRM team is every time give us assurance that will get oc by this month or 1st week of this month or mid month so many bluff im worried now suffering because of late possession. Considering history of nyati we booked but now we are suffering. If nyati builder is breaking trust then we should not book at all. My humble request to builder if the possession is getting delayed by 1month also we would get compensation for the same as we stay in rent.

Additionally, she assisted me with filing TDS when I faced some difficulties and needed proper guidance to complete the process smoothly. The best part of my experience was that she never made any false commitments or shared inaccurate information about timelines. Her honesty and clarity truly helped build trust in the developer. Overall, I appreciate the professionalism and transparency shown by the Nyati team.
