The infrastructure is very good but there is no space available for bike parking if you are going as a visitor.
Thank you for the update. I've checked with security when i was there, and they confirmed there's no visitor parking available for Kotak Bank. I have to park my bike outside the premise or in the paid parking near Sai Baba Mandir.

I am a vendor at Nyati , I had been sitting at office for 30 mins regarding work ,post that I was sitting in lobby for 15 mins the pune here named Ganesh on 5th floor is saying yaha de niklo ,Gardi mat karo .
What kind of behaviour is this for such a premium developer

I have bought flat in Nyati ERA and our project was delayed for two months then RERA completion date, they don’t compensate for any delays, CRM team is very poor in customer handling (Vinod and Jaya) they always have excuses, they don’t allow to visit out flat, they don’t allow measurements of flat, so many rules. He had heard they are reputed builders in pune, but our experience was poor. They also committed road of 100m while booking later they saying it not on their hands corporation had to build this. Also there is no PMC water line till now and wonder they got OC, so be careful going with this builder.

I’m sharing my experience with the Nyati Group, specifically regarding the Nyati Equinox project. Before purchasing the flat, the sales team assured me that certain modifications I requested would be accommodated. However, after the purchase, the Nyati team flatly denied any possibility of making even a single modification, which felt like a complete breach of trust.
Additionally, the flooring tiles and overall fittings provided are far below average, especially when compared to other builders in a similar price range. Many other developers offer premium fittings and finishes as part of the base package. When you're investing crores in a flat, it's only fair to expect good-quality flooring and sanitary fittings.
Nyati Management seriously needs to look into the false promises made by the sales team and consider upgrading the quality of interiors in phase 2 project or at least provide clarity and flexibility during the booking phase.
