Discover a luxurious residential enclave on the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road, just a short 200-meter distance from Nahur railway station. This project offers a mix of established and developing living spaces, with two wings already occupied and the remaining two slated for possession this year and in December 2028. The development boasts a fully furnished clubhouse and an impressive collection of over 65 modern amenities, including a gymnasium, squash court, bowling alley, multiplex, and Olympic-size badminton court, alongside Jain and Shiv temples. Residents will also enjoy the convenience of an upcoming high street retail area featuring leading national and international brands.
I have disappointing experience with this builder. They have delayed the possession date significantly despite the project being completed. I have not received the keys as promised, and communication has been poor. I would advise caution if you’re considering them. If ur planning to invest in this project don't buy.genuine suggestions, OC received still no possessions since 1 year as per commitment.
Good project also close proximity to nahur station and eastern express Highway. Ample to free space around the building. Lobbies are good . They have a mini theatre for private movie screening. The club house, children playing area and swimming pool are in working conditions.

Worst builder. No possession since 8-9 months. Fake commitments. Don’t buy flat here. All false commitments. Even their CRM team don’t know when they will give possession to customers.

Most pathetic Developer in Mumbai, Request everyone not to buy house in their projects.. absolute waste of your hard earned money. Very ruthless coordination for everything … there are leakages in flat substandard quality of material used… bathrooms CP sanitary floor everything leaking… Granites are loosing it’s color, wooden doors are broken… and when called for corrections the whole staff is ignorant… they doesn’t bother only … Gs pipeline money taken but been 3 years not provided, society handover not done… everyone pls do not even think of buying a property in any of their projects as even structure quality is not good… slabs were literally tapered not a quality work…

frustrating experience with the builder's refund policy and the customer relationship management (CRM) team. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for assistance, the CRM team was unhelpful and dismissive, making it difficult to resolve my concerns. Overall bad experience with builder.

Only one developer offering higher carpet with reasonable rates. Experienced CRM n sales team..Very cooperative..special thanks to Prashant n Ajay from CRM for smooth execution of all our commercial activities.Ajay has completed all commercial documentation in short time.Guided us with realistic demand intimation in advance.
