Most pathetic Developer in Mumbai, Request everyone not to buy house in their projects.. absolute waste of your hard earned money. Very ruthless coordination for everything … there are leakages in flat substandard quality of material used… bathrooms CP sanitary floor everything leaking… Granites are loosing it’s color, wooden doors are broken… and when called for corrections the whole staff is ignorant… they doesn’t bother only … Gs pipeline money taken but been 3 years not provided, society handover not done… everyone pls do not even think of buying a property in any of their projects as even structure quality is not good… slabs were literally tapered not a quality work…

frustrating experience with the builder's refund policy and the customer relationship management (CRM) team. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for assistance, the CRM team was unhelpful and dismissive, making it difficult to resolve my concerns. Overall bad experience with builder.
