⭐ Very Poor Customer Service & No Proper Communication Extremely disappointed with the customer service and communication from the builder’s head office. We have been trying to contact them regarding our possession letter, but there has been no proper response or support from their side. Despite repeated attempts, our calls are not being answered and there seems to be no willingness to even receive or consider our suggestions. As customers, we expect basic communication and a proper channel to raise our concerns, but unfortunately, we have not received that. The experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. A reputed builder should value its customers and provide timely responses instead of leaving them without any communication. Strongly disappointed with the way customer concerns are being handled.
