⭐ Very Poor Customer Service & No Proper Communication
Extremely disappointed with the customer service and communication from the builder’s head office. We have been trying to contact them regarding our possession letter, but there has been no proper response or support from their side.
Despite repeated attempts, our calls are not being answered and there seems to be no willingness to even receive or consider our suggestions. As customers, we expect basic communication and a proper channel to raise our concerns, but unfortunately, we have not received that.
The experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. A reputed builder should value its customers and provide timely responses instead of leaving them without any communication.
Strongly disappointed with the way customer concerns are being handled.

Our experience with the staff has been less than satisfactory, especially with the CRM Head, Snehal, who has exhibited a notably arrogant attitude. Over the past year, we have repeatedly been given different verbal timelines for possession. However, upon requesting written confirmation via email, we were informed that such correspondence is not possible. Moreover, she has been unwilling to provide us with alternative contact details

My experience with Mittal Brothers has been highly stressful due to major structural issues:
❌ Broken Promises: The official possession date committed in the legal agreement is completely ignored.
⚠️ Vague Timelines: Communication is non-existent. Project updates are routinely dismissed with empty phrases like "it will happen this month."
❌ Unprofessional CRM: The customer relations team is entirely unresponsive. High staff turnover forces you to repeatedly explain your case to new contacts.
🚫 Refund Delays: Severe financial red flags—including a documented case where a buyer was forced to wait roughly 17 months just to get their booking amount refunded post-cancellation.
⚠️ Protect your hard-earned money. Do your thorough due diligence on the RERA portal before trusting this builder.
