What a shitty tactics to call prospective buyers to Mantra’s sites. All of their hoardings talks about “ASSURED” benefits of up to 20 lacs to every buyer. Upon reaching at site and asking about offer they said it is based on lottery and every buyer whose name comes in lottery will assuredly get some thing. Marketing people should start taking English lessons. No where on their hoarding is this lottery thing mentioned. Also while telling about project’s quote price, they are not using any printed sheets, they are providing hand written sheet for price and offers, that can be misleading. Different price and offer for different buyers. Also I got to know that have only 3 units left for 1177 carpet 3BHK for the recently launched E building. ROFL Builder is not handing lot of amenities to society in the end, they also don’t tell what will be handed over and what not. They say builder wants to keep with themselves to provide better facilities to buyer. OMG living in utopian world. Overall, totally avoidable place and don’t fall for shitty marketing tactics.

We recently booked at Mantra Malange and had very good experience overall. Manisha mam, was really helpful. We had visited other Mantra properties but didn't like the way they treated us. But Manisha mam really wanted to make sure we get a good house at a good rate, and worked tirelessly for hours to make it possible. The property is epicenter to Kharadi, Kalyani Nagar, KoPa. Overall super pleased with everyone. Special thanks to Pranav and Shobith sir also who helped us with pricing. Hopefully other Mantra properties learn how to interact and work with customers from this team.
