We purchased a flat in Mantra 29 Gold Coast in 2024 and moved in during 2025. It has now been over a year, and we are extremely disappointed with the overall experience.
The promised amenities are still not fully operational. The swimming pool is still not functional, and there seems to be no urgency from the builder's team to resolve the issue. On top of that, there are already water leakage and seepage problems in a relatively new building, which raises serious concerns about the construction quality.
The project planning has also been poor. Since the project is located near the airport, the building height was restricted to five floors. Instead of constructing an overhead water tank, an underground water tank was built. During the rainy season, the basement gets flooded, affecting the water supply. We have been facing a severe water crisis for the last 5 days because of this issue.
To make matters worse, the lifts have also stopped working. Residents, including senior citizens, children, and pregnant women, are forced to climb multiple floors without water or lift access. It's hard to understand how the builder expects people to manage in these conditions. This situation should have been treated as an emergency, but the response from the Mantra team has been extremely slow and irresponsible.
After investing such a significant amount in a home, buyers expect at least basic infrastructure, quality construction, and prompt maintenance support. Unfortunately, none of these expectations have been met.
The marketing promises "world-class living," but the reality has been completely different. Poor construction quality, water seepage, basement flooding, non-functional amenities, prolonged water shortages, lift failures, and an unresponsive customer service team have made this a very disappointing investment.
Based on our experience, I would strongly advise potential buyers to thoroughly research and think twice before purchasing a property from Mantra Builders.

This is my life's worst experience about Mantra builder, construction quality is very low, No security Provided , some flat slabs are leakages, seepage of water in walls, No permanent drinking water available, No parking available as per rera for owners, all cheap quality amenities, kindly check all details.
