The builder’s team failed to provide required documents (such as Bajaj’s approval letter related to Kolte Patil’s loan) on time. Additionally, due to the Diwali holidays, the approval process was further delayed. The builder’s team also behaved unprofessionally, which added to the overall dissatisfaction. They said they don't care about holidays reason delay for loan processing.

Only one picture I have attached in this I have purchased 2 bhk n the whole flat have leakage issues from last three year they didn't resolve ....I have called so many times but didn't get any response by kolte patil head office ...

Since i cannot post only one review, its been now almost 90 days but no update on cancellation refund from Kolte Patil and they have stopped responding completely, is there anyone from laywer community here who can help me file case against Kolte Patil developers in Rera to get my refund. Are many people facing trouble getting refunds from Kolte Patil Developers? Had done a booking on 30 March 2025 and cancelled on 7th Arpil 2025 but till date they have not initiated refund for the cancellation and even not responding to phone calls or emails. They also sent an email stating that they agreement date is due and charges needs to be paid, even though cancellation has been done. Can someone help with the right contact person as well to get refund from them or the money should be considered as stolen by the builder.
