I had a very poor experience from Kolte Patil team during the loan approval process with the government bank. The builder’s team failed to provide required documents (such as Bajaj’s approval letter related to Kolte Patil’s loan) on time. Additionally, due to the Diwali holidays, the approval process was further delayed. The builder’s team also behaved unprofessionally, which added to the overall dissatisfaction. They said they don't care about holidays reason delay for loan processing.

Since i cannot post only one review, its been now almost 90 days but no update on cancellation refund from Kolte Patil and they have stopped responding completely, is there anyone from laywer community here who can help me file case against Kolte Patil developers in Rera to get my refund. Are many people facing trouble getting refunds from Kolte Patil Developers? Had done a booking on 30 March 2025 and cancelled on 7th Arpil 2025 but till date they have not initiated refund for the cancellation and even not responding to phone calls or emails. They also sent an email stating that they agreement date is due and charges needs to be paid, even though cancellation has been done. Can someone help with the right contact person as well to get refund from them or the money should be considered as stolen by the builder. Since there was no option to reply on builders response, editing the review. Booking Details- Project Name - Springshire by Kolte Patil Tower : B4 Unit Number : 908

I've purchased the flat in one the project of builder. They delayed the possession by one and half years and when I followed up, they tried to threaten me. No clear guidelines about furniture and other works were provided while possession and 6 months after got notice that my flat warranty is void cause I did furniture work. The facility mentioned in agreement are fulfilled but the quality of material used in facilities is so poor that I don't thik those will last for1 year also. Builder's people are unprofessional and arrogant. When I asked about delayed possession they told I'm nobody to inform why work is delayed, why possession is delayed. After possession when we contact to builder for some quality related complaints, there is no response from builder's side. This is the builder's integrity and professionalism.
