Society is good, lot of amenities are provided like infinity swimming pool, gym, tennis court, badminton court , basketball court, mini theatre etc. But they have provided possession of flat without quality check.
No guest parking, if you park in the basement for guest parking there is no way you can enter the lobby as everything is locked due to biometrics, also no guard to assist. The only way to get out is walk all the way to the end and then take stairs and then walk back to your loft lobby! I understand this is security protocol, but it’s too harsh!
While society has its merits, there are noteworthy issues regarding management and parking facilities. Visitors are required to park in the basement and undertake a considerable walk to reach the premises—an inconvenient situation for many. No access to the staircase & elevators.
Excellent Society , Good Neighborhood, mostly families, Very good for children. Many events happening every month. Facility is good. Some problem with the Builder (Gera), Not within Society. Every month we get Monthly Management Report.
Really bad experience living as a tenant here. Tenants are given no importance and are talked rudely to. Besides, they keep adding unnecessary charges and instead of asking the owner for it, they keep disturbing the tenants by denying access to amenities. It’s very hard to survive here even after paying high rent.

I have invested in two of their projects, and on both occasions I regretted the decision. Buying a home in India is an emotional decision, but this developer seems to take advantage of that sentiment. They make false commitments while selling flats, and the after-sales service is extremely disappointing. The customer relations team is arrogant and unhelpful. The construction quality is average at best, and the architectural design feels poorly planned and impractical. Honestly, even local developers without any big brand image or celebrity endorsements can deliver much better homes and customer experience.

It's been a pathetic experience in the past four months with GERA Developer. You call themself an international brand but not living even up to a local builder. The entire chain of association is a Fraud starting from Sales rep to CEO. As per agreement we were supposed to get possession in December 2025(sales committed June 2025) we are almost in May 2026 yet no clue on the possession. When asked for compensation there is a list of excuses and no accountability and professionalism at all. YOU CALL YOURSELF AN INTERNATIONAL BRAND, LIVE UPTO IT.

Extremely disappointed by the behaviour and treatment. After missing the agreement date by 4 months now possession is delayed even more in POJ. Instead of providing compensation to the customers they are giving excuses. All the builders in the area provided compensation except for gera. Think twice before putting your hard earned money. They say there was labour shortage while during same time work was going on their other projects in Kharadi. Not giving compensation to suffering customers shows their true character.
