Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible management at Gera Imperium Gateway in coordination with JLL. Our office has been without electricity for the past 8–9 days despite timely payment of all bills. There is zero accountability, zero clarity, and absolutely no sense of urgency from the management team. Every time we follow up, we are given the same casual response: “We are working on it.” No defined timeline. No written update. No responsible authority taking ownership. This is a commercial property where businesses operate and depend on uninterrupted utilities. Due to this negligence, our office operations are completely shut, causing serious financial and reputational loss. It clearly appears that rent collection is prioritized over tenant support and basic infrastructure management. Highly disappointing experience. Strongly advise businesses to reconsider before taking space here unless service standards improve drastically.

I am writing this review after months of continuous frustration with the CRM team, particularly Pooja and Priyanka. My experience has been extremely disappointing and far below the professionalism expected from a reputed developer. There were constant delays, unanswered calls, ignored emails, and repeated communication gaps at every stage. Despite making all payments on time, I had to repeatedly chase the team for even the most basic updates, including possession dates, pending formalities, and bonus confirmations. What shocked me most was that my sale deed and important documents were handed to me as loose papers, without even a proper folder or envelope. This is not only careless but shows a complete lack of respect for the customer’s time, money, and trust. Every step felt disorganized, and I had to follow up endlessly for information that should have been proactively shared. The level of customer service I received was worse than what I’ve seen with small local builders—who are often far more responsible and responsive. Gera is a respected name, and I truly hope they take this feedback seriously. Customers deserve better communication, accountability, and basic professionalism from the CRM team.

Very poor security and management at Gera Imperium Gateway, Nashik Phata. No CCTV cameras in parking, no proper complaint system, and no one takes responsibility. My helmet was stolen today nobody takes action for it and overall management are also disappointing. Everything here appears to be handled only for formality.
