Pathetic experience with this builder after 2 years delayed possession still waiting for amenities usage due to builder not paid money to existing society.its been 1 year we are living with no amenities instead of paying maintainance fees.Goel Ganga is pathetic builder. They do not stick to majority if their commitments including timely possession of flats, construction quality and amenities quality. Highly recommended not to invest in any of the Goel Ganga Projects.
Worst builder to buy the flat from. I have purchased the flat in Ganga Acropolis. They got the O.C before the flat was ready and they handed over the flat almost 10 months after O.C and took maintenance charges from O.C date. Project was delayed by almost 2 years and i had to bear the bank interest and builder is not providing any RERA compensation even after 3rd rera extension. On top of it, My whole F building is not getting amenities access in society since there is dispute between builder and existing society since they are not handing over corpus fund of society. We are all frustrated and struggling since our possession for amenities access, we have to do the housewarming lunch is parking even when there is club house in society. Even for referral bonus amount i had to chase for 4 years and got 25% of amount only when i fought for it by visiting builders office 6-7 times. All 4 star reviews are paid reviews from builder. By this you can get the idea how the builder is. Be ready for what you are signing up for if you are purchasing flat with GGD.
⭐ 1/5 Very disappointed with Goel Ganga project. The builder made several promises during booking, but many of them have not been fulfilled. Possession was significantly delayed, key amenities are still not available for residents to use, and there are persistent leakage issues in the property. Overall, the quality and commitment do not match what was promised. I would not recommend this project based on my experience.
The sales team, specially Nikhil ji was very professional, prompt and transparent. So was the CRM team where I dealt with Sonali. She provided all the details and made the registration process very smooth. The project looks good and it seems to be on schedule
First of all they don't have any connecting road, that road is in dispute. They have given their some part of mahada land to pmc for garden and have increased the floor of main tower from 25 to 26. And this hasn't been informed to buyers Also no. of lifts are only 3. Considering around 150 flats. This no. is very low. They are already running late in terms of construction. Seems this project won't be delivered on time

Possession was handed over nearly 2 years after the RERA-committed date, causing financial and mental strain for buyers who had planned their lives based on contractual timelines. Despite being marketed as a premium / luxury project, the reality is deeply disappointing: 1. Severe delay beyond RERA timelines Promised amenities still missing or unusable 2. Ongoing maintenance and operational failures 3. Corpus fund not handed over to the society 4. Unresolved legal disputes impacting residents 5. Poor construction quality and weak planning 6. Inadequate safety and security management Residents feel cheated and misled after paying premium prices. Continuous follow-ups and escalations have resulted in assurances but little real action. ⚠️ Buyers beware: Do not rely on marketing claims or verbal commitments. Verify RERA timelines, legal status, and speak to current residents before investing. Residents paid for commitments — not delays, disputes, and disappointment.

Very disappointed with the service from Goyal Ganga Builder. The possession of the project has been severely delayed, and there is absolutely no proper communication or transparency from their side. Despite repeated follow-ups, they are not sharing clear work progress updates or realistic possession timelines. As a customer, it is frustrating to see commitments being ignored while buyers continue to suffer financially and mentally. The construction progress is extremely slow, and the management does not seem serious about resolving customer concerns. I would strongly advise potential buyers to think carefully before investing with this builder. Timely delivery and customer support are clearly not their priorities.

WARNING: I am owner of property developed by Goel Ganga group. I would highly recommend you all to not invest in any property of this builder. They have history of fake promises, unethical setting...once the flat is sold, they turn deaf ears towards customers.

Negative Review for GGD. Very bad experiance. I purchased my home in 2022, and GGD had promised possession in December 2022. However, the project was delayed, and possession was only given after two years in 2024. Even after possession, there are multiple issues such as poor construction quality and lack of proper maintenance. I have highlighted these concerns to the builder team several times, but there has been no response. The service provided by GGD is extremely disappointing. The quality of work is very poor, and customer support is almost non-existent. As a customer, I am completely dissatisfied with their service. If ratings allowed, I would give them -100 stars for their unprofessionalism and negligence.
