⭐ 1 Star – RERA Delay, Broken Promises | Ganga Acropolis, Baner
Owning a home at Ganga Acropolis by Goel Ganga Developments has been an extremely frustrating and stressful experience.
Possession was handed over nearly 2 years after the RERA-committed date, causing financial and mental strain for buyers who had planned their lives based on contractual timelines.
Despite being marketed as a premium / luxury project, the reality is deeply disappointing:
1. Severe delay beyond RERA timelines
Promised amenities still missing or unusable
2. Ongoing maintenance and operational failures
3. Corpus fund not handed over to the society
4. Unresolved legal disputes impacting residents
5. Poor construction quality and weak planning
6. Inadequate safety and security management
Residents feel cheated and misled after paying premium prices. Continuous follow-ups and escalations have resulted in assurances but little real action.
⚠️ Buyers beware: Do not rely on marketing claims or verbal commitments. Verify RERA timelines, legal status, and speak to current residents before investing.
Residents paid for commitments — not delays, disputes, and disappointment.

Very disappointed with the service from Goyal Ganga Builder. The possession of the project has been severely delayed, and there is absolutely no proper communication or transparency from their side. Despite repeated follow-ups, they are not sharing clear work progress updates or realistic possession timelines.
As a customer, it is frustrating to see commitments being ignored while buyers continue to suffer financially and mentally. The construction progress is extremely slow, and the management does not seem serious about resolving customer concerns.
I would strongly advise potential buyers to think carefully before investing with this builder. Timely delivery and customer support are clearly not their priorities.

WARNING: I am owner of property developed by Goel Ganga group. I would highly recommend you all to not invest in any property of this builder. They have history of fake promises, unethical setting...once the flat is sold, they turn deaf ears towards customers.

Negative Review for GGD.
Very bad experiance.
I purchased my home in 2022, and GGD had promised possession in December 2022. However, the project was delayed, and possession was only given after two years in 2024.
Even after possession, there are multiple issues such as poor construction quality and lack of proper maintenance. I have highlighted these concerns to the builder team several times, but there has been no response.
The service provided by GGD is extremely disappointing. The quality of work is very poor, and customer support is almost non-existent. As a customer, I am completely dissatisfied with their service.
If ratings allowed, I would give them -100 stars for their unprofessionalism and negligence.

This is the state of parking in Ganga Aria - a mess, and it's been like this since day one! Despite multiple reminders, the so-called "engineers" can't seem to fix the issues. It's clear they're more interested in collecting lakhs than providing basic amenities.
*WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG TO FIX THE PARKING ISSUES?*
- Multiple reminders sent, zero action taken
- Non-qualified engineers trying, failing, and trying again
- Residents are left to suffer the consequences
