Please don't invest in the project as builder is falling short on commitment and is not an honest and guenie builder. They are following the illict practice to extract additional charges as a part of demand processing over an above the box pricing and when ask for reimbursement finance team is giving excuses. Builder is nowhere to found along with the Finance team. Only sales team has been front ending the communication stating the reimbursement Will be processed after every another tomorrow which never comes. It's been almost 4 months and counting. Above that the construction quality is also questionable. Builder has deffereed on the payment as well as commitment. Will suggest to Invest in other opportunity, otherwise it's an roller coaster of issue one after another.

We, the residents, are extremely disappointed with Himanshu Khachane, the so-called site engineer, who consistently makes promises but fails to fulfill even the simplest ones. Repeated false assurances and missed deadlines have become the norm, leaving residents frustrated. I’ve been living at Nancy for the past two months, and even basic necessities like clean solar water, proper lighting in floor lobbies, and regular cleaning are not being managed effectively. It’s high time Nancy management appoints someone who is genuinely responsible and capable of doing the job with accountability.

Good society, Very well defined building, however it will take some time to make all amenities operational. Another year mostly Jan 2027..
