Its a new nice building work in progress. Looks impressive
Happened to visit both the Kharadi and the Koregaon Park Commercial Projects - quite impressive, state of the art, ultra-modern structures offering excellent amenities. Situated in prime locations of Pune and coupled with competitive pricing/rates, investing in these projects is a complete no-brainer! The marketing team is extremely polite, smart and very knowledgeable. All told - a great first experience!!
Projects are in excellent location and delivered on time with high quality. Excellent cultured team. Owners too are down to earth people. Highly recommended.
They ask you to get down in sludge outside the building since there is no parking inside.. worst customer experience
