Don't go with the others ratings. Just see the condition of Kumar project in Kumar Pebble Park. Looks are cool but the quality of the development and material is poor. The worst thing is the Club house. It's not maintained from long time and not allowing to access the club house now from last 1 year. We are paying such amount plus monthly maintenance and still this. *** Don't go with Kumar brand *** My personal worst experience.

This is one of the most affordable project in Pune, big 2bhks with spacious balcony in reasonable price over and above Supply of PMC water 24*7, which is rare in pune.My experience of buying here since my first visit to third has been great. They answered all my queries and staff was very supportive.Most importantly AQI here is great(courtesy Google Maps)
