Worst home-buying experience. Poor construction quality, non-customer-oriented service, and an unprofessional, arrogant site engineering team. Genuine issues are met with excuses instead of solutions. Biased approach by employee sitting in head office. Lack of coordination between head office and Field staff. please dont fall prey to sugar coated pills. they take you for granted. if you want peace and Happy home, please don't buy from this builder. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend exploring other builders before choosing Kumar Properties.

Kumar Properties- RHabitats is a well know propertiey developer in Pune with more than 50 years of great experience & history. My relatives & friends were enjoying fresh air ingredients from the surrounding beautiful landscape with lots of amenities in Kumar Pebble Park . RHabitats arranging for them various activities through out year . It's very creditable of RHabitats , Rhabitats team is with them in current situation of lockdown.
