Urgent Warning for Hiranandani Buyers in Thane Before investing in Hiranandani, reconsider. Their once-reputed quality has plummeted. As an owner in the "premium" One Hiranandani Park, we faced a life-threatening kitchen collapse. The builder-supplied unit fell while my wife cooked; it was a miracle she survived. This was due to substandard materials and negligent installation. Despite immediate reporting, the builder's team shows alarming indifference, refusing our calls after an initial, empty promise of investigation.

I lived in Hiranandani Powai Mumbai ten years back. It was just fantastic! Really pristine beautiful surroundings, beautiful impeccable buildings and landscaping. V close to my office. Great amenities, which I never had to time to enjoy. During monsoon I had clouds entering the flat, and the view was splendid! Removing one star since now its got crazy traffic jams, I'm told. Still a great place to live! Miss it.
