Hello Folks Attention Kindly beware while booking a flat with VJ, this is a trick that they use to fool customers. While sharing cost sheet , they say carpet area as XX and do not mention any bifurcation there but when you go at registrar office to create agreement the carpet area which is mentioned in square metres is XX-balcony , which is actually less than quoted before and people do not notice this as the cost sheet mentions is square feet but agreement mentions is square metres and there is not much time at SRO to verify that. As per RERA rules balcony area is not a pert of carpet. This is a cheap trick used by VJ to show more carpet area and purposely hide actual carpet area and its bifurcation until agreement is provided. Draft agreement they share doesn’t include these details as its all blank with standard ATS template. They just create excessive hype about their project and make sure its sold in hurry to hide such things. So a customer will think that his flat is of 725 sq feet but the actual flat is around 60 70 sq feet less which is daylight robbery of 5 -6 Lakhs and also providing misleading information. Shame on VJ and its sales agents.

Pathetic behaviour of every other sales person. They need to keep in mind that they are just for customer service and are not someone above the seller or buyers. VJ as a good name in construction, needs to seriously look into this matter to preserve their brand value
