I recently visited the property, and it turned out to be quite a funny experience for me. I wanted to understand who designed the room layout. For example, when you open the master bedroom door, it blocks the washroom door. I pointed this out to the salesperson, and he replied, “Sir, we designed it this way—you first enter the room, then close the bedroom door, and only after that go to the washroom.” 😂 The second, and perhaps the best explanation: “Sir, in most properties, builders give the best-view balconies to 4BHK flats. But in our project, we’ve given the best-view balconies to 2BHK flats, while the 4BHK flats get average views.” 😂 The third issue was that there is no separate washing area. When I raised this concern, he said, “Sir, to solve this problem, our director designed a wide pillar in the duct area. You can remove the kitchen window and use the space around the pillar in the duct area as a washing area.” 😂 Except these points overall project was good.

Most value for money project in keshav nagar. Connected to 2 lane DP road with divider, connecting it directly to new kharadi keshav nagar bridge. Hopefully bridge will be opened before possession of this project.

Project is good but Since there is a drainage pipe line chamber on the first floor, there may be a lot of toilet smell on the first and second floors in the future.
