Do not rely on the sample flat or rush into buying this property. I am an owner at 38 Divine, Kondhwa by TRIAA and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Possession was promised by Dec 25 but has still not been given, with no clear commitment till date. The CRM team is only proactive when it comes to collecting payments. The sample flat shown does not match the actual construction, and it has now been demolished. The quality of work is poor tiles look like hospital flooring, and promised laminated doors and granite fittings have been replaced with cheap wood, raising durability and termite concerns. We were pressured to give testimonials before construction was completed. We booked three flats and deeply regret the decision. Even resale value is much lower than the purchase price. The builder is good only at advertising. Please visit the actual site at 38 Divine and speak to existing owners before investing your hard-earned money.
