Absolutely the worst developer and sales team I have ever experienced. Their promises are meaningless, and their communication is completely dishonest. The construction work had been completely stopped, yet every time we contacted the sales team, they falsely claimed that the work was only “slowed down.” We eventually visited the site ourselves and discovered that there was no work happening at all. Instead of being transparent with customers, they chose to mislead us. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of integrity is unacceptable. They take customers’ hard-earned money but fail to provide truthful updates or honor their commitments. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions a person makes, and dealing with a developer that hides the reality of the project can completely ruin your financial planning and peace of mind. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Swamiraj Developers. If you value honesty, transparency, and accountability, look elsewhere. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would never recommend this developer to anyone.

Very Luxurious Project with superb amenities and its close proximity to Highways, mulund toll naka, Thane Station, Mulund & Thane too.. Very Good & Fast constuction plus a good response from team. Very good project and a must buy House. Bought a 2bhk house after seeing once only. Didnt go to other constructions because its superb. I would advise u to buy in this project👍. Really Gr8 and amenities are too good however prices a little high, so if reduction possible then its Gr8

DON’T PURCHASE FLATS FROM KUBER HEIGHTS – TOTAL UNCOMMITTED SALES TEAM I purchased a flat in Tower B after doing proper financial planning based on the clear commitment given by the sales team that possession would be handed over by December 2025. Before my loan disbursement, I was repeatedly assured that I would receive possession by the end of December 2025. Based on this commitment, I planned my finances, EMIs, and other personal responsibilities. However, immediately after the loan was disbursed, the timeline was changed and I was informed that possession would now take another 6 months. Due to this wrong commitment and sudden change, my financial planning has been badly affected. This has created unnecessary financial pressure on me. The sales team appears totally uncommitted to their promises and keeps changing statements after financial processing is completed. Buyers invest their hard-earned money based on trust and transparency, and such behavior is extremely disappointing. Very bad experience. I strongly advise all buyers to take every commitment in written form before making any purchase decision.

My experience with this project was not satisfactory. Certain assurances given during the sales discussion were later denied or delayed. I would advise buyers to carefully check all documents, approvals, timelines, and verbal commitments before making any payment.
