Hopeless people to deal with, if there was negative rating I would have given that. The after sales services is the most third class, worst after sales team ever to talk to Tulika Pandit and Preeti. Once you have bought a house with these people they do not deliver on time. As they are unable to deliver the project on time their after sales is trained to speak in the most useless and rude manner so the client stops calling them to ask for updates. The two women Tulika Pandit and Preeti are experts in making sure that they talk to the client in such a manner that the client stops calling them to ask for updates of the project. If you call either of them they will never answer your call and treat you as if you did not pay to buy the property but as if you have taken a loan from them. It was my biggest mistake to deal with these people…. Now my hands are stuck!!!

The most amazing people to deal with. Never have to worry with money. Decency and ethics is their ethos. I wouldn’t deal with any other developer or builder if I had my way.

Worst developers ever , In name of redevelopment the call you to your office make you sit for long hours and on top of it insult you. The don't have any respect for their tenants. Anyone dealing with them please be extra careful with respect to everything you deal with them.
