In short time you are shopping malls and in a short time you are in Lonavala. Its Quieter and cooler than the city and right between two major highways leading to Mumbai. Build quality is fantastic Landscaping is one of the best. The professionalism in the entire customer journey to settling down in the property - is top class. Thats trade mark feature of Supreme builders. We moved in recently. Supreme kept every promise. The maintenence upkeep and facility management exceeds customer expectations. We have very prompt engineering team headed by qualified engineer. They resolve issues efficiently and quick. CRM is strength of Supreme. The CRM Team smoothly takes care of the customer to entire journey from purchase to possession to daily facility management Supreme delivered what it promised

See original review, and edit below. Original: Great rowhouses. Small 16 acre community and nicely done. Fittings could be better tho. And why do they only have 3 and 5 BHKs? Why not a 4??? 2nd May Edit: There's been no follow up from any of the Villagio staff despite their assurances to revert with availability details within ten days. I'm hearing disturbing rumours that they don't sell to certain (non veg) minorities. Of course, am sure this is a rumour and Supreme will no doubt revert with a clarification. Perhaps even details of the percentage of units sold to minorities as well? Just to be clear of course, and dispell these rumours no doubt.
Decent project but sky high prices for the area. Got a better deal elsewhere and grateful that I didn’t book here. Their 5 BHKs are still unsold. They only want fancy people there. Absolutely not worthy.

In Dec. 2021 after a hectic search for a premium flat in Pune, I booked one in Supreme Estia, a residential project in Baner, Pune. Supreme Palatial Developers (Supreme) promised me that they would deliver the possession of the flat by the end of 2024, i.e. within 3 years from my booking date. I didn’t believe them as the RERA possession date was scheduled almost a year ahead of their promised date. Now, exactly, three years have passed. To my delight, Supreme has completed the project as promised and have invited me to take possession of the flat. This could be possible only with a highly professional and visionary managerial approach of Supreme. I compliment the entire team of Supreme including the management, executive team, architects and all the workers who lived up to their brand’s USP of delivering the project as promised. Since the time of my association with Supreme after my flat booking was confirmed, I was allotted a Relationship Manager, Hemlata who was supposed to be my first line of interaction for all queries and clarifications relating to all matters concerning the flat and various other related transactions. I would like to place on records the invaluable and most professional services provided by Hemlata to me throughout this long journey of over three years. Hemlata has proved to be a precious asset of Supreme. She is highly skilled in communication and relationship-building. After her allotment as my RM, she, very quickly, established trust and rapport with me, always making me feel valued and understood. She has excellent listening skills. All through this journey, I always felt connected with Supreme, thanks to Hemlata, getting a personalised service and support from Hemlata. I have not enough words to appreciate the services of Hemlata who made me feel as an important member of Supreme family. She resolved all my queries with promptness and politeness. I thank you Supreme for having allotted Hemalta as my Relationship Manager. Besides Hemlata, I would also like to put on records the great services provided to me by Prajakta, Kiran, Nidhi and Vijaya who resolved my various queries at times with utmost sincerity and satisfaction. They are great resources with high skills and professionalism.
