Its just a over hyped project , its actually MUNDHAWA LOCATION, but calling as KP annexe , in the vicinity many other similar roof top amenities projects are there , they all call themself same KP ANNEXE/KP but at less than half of its price. Supreme projects is just making unnecessary hype of prices taking wrong advantage, dont waste your hard earned money in this project, its just two towers. just go ahead and check some more new project , will get very good deal. Additionally, this particular project is aside main road with congestion problem , dust and loud noice , adjacent to tall office building , no space for project to breath, its own mall is at front. So it would be additional noicy place. Home shall be atleast at less dusty and with comparatively calm environment, but unfortunately its not like that. Above that they asking double the price than what nearby similar projects are offering. Don't lure to their words of neighbourhood and all that . Builder is from Mumbai so he is pricing methodology is different. If you are wisely investing do some checking in nearby other projects in 1_3 km vicinity..good projects , same roof top amitities, and quite bigger land parcel without such noisy and on main road congestion. We need to have our society home at less crowdy place when we call it relaxing place , this project is failed for that reason. I am staying in boat club from 30 years . Proud owner of own Banglow here. Visited the place for checking location. This is my genuine review.
Was searching something exclusively in Kp & this projects with rooftop amenities & Highrise towers felt like this is the one. Beautiful designed towers

Its overhyped and overpriced....Don't waste money. There many better prjt available in 1-2 km.

In Dec. 2021 after a hectic search for a premium flat in Pune, I booked one in Supreme Estia, a residential project in Baner, Pune. Supreme Palatial Developers (Supreme) promised me that they would deliver the possession of the flat by the end of 2024, i.e. within 3 years from my booking date. I didn’t believe them as the RERA possession date was scheduled almost a year ahead of their promised date. Now, exactly, three years have passed. To my delight, Supreme has completed the project as promised and have invited me to take possession of the flat. This could be possible only with a highly professional and visionary managerial approach of Supreme. I compliment the entire team of Supreme including the management, executive team, architects and all the workers who lived up to their brand’s USP of delivering the project as promised. Since the time of my association with Supreme after my flat booking was confirmed, I was allotted a Relationship Manager, Hemlata who was supposed to be my first line of interaction for all queries and clarifications relating to all matters concerning the flat and various other related transactions. I would like to place on records the invaluable and most professional services provided by Hemlata to me throughout this long journey of over three years. Hemlata has proved to be a precious asset of Supreme. She is highly skilled in communication and relationship-building. After her allotment as my RM, she, very quickly, established trust and rapport with me, always making me feel valued and understood. She has excellent listening skills. All through this journey, I always felt connected with Supreme, thanks to Hemlata, getting a personalised service and support from Hemlata. I have not enough words to appreciate the services of Hemlata who made me feel as an important member of Supreme family. She resolved all my queries with promptness and politeness. I thank you Supreme for having allotted Hemalta as my Relationship Manager. Besides Hemlata, I would also like to put on records the great services provided to me by Prajakta, Kiran, Nidhi and Vijaya who resolved my various queries at times with utmost sincerity and satisfaction. They are great resources with high skills and professionalism.
