Within 8 months of staying here I have faced extreme water shortage issue for 30 days where water only used to come 3 hrs a day, while other neighbouring societies had 24hrs running water. Moreover the flush stopped working one fine day they couldn’t repair it for 3 weeks for a simple pipe fix. Now we are also getting electricity cuts during day. So out of 8 months in the society 2 months have felt like living in a tier 3 township

Good and well kept. Lifts are a big problem and you never know when it would stop in between floors. No proper markings in basement parkings for easy exit, you have to keep going round guessing

Society is a scam, there is no water half of the day in the house, YES YOU HEARD IT RIGHT NO WATER. THIS IS A VILLAGE DONT COME HERE, nothing is walkable nearby it is full of garbage. They’ve built too many houses without planning for a the amenities and water for all of them. The common areas don’t get cleaned, the gym has no equipment. Fittings are made out of cheap materials and walls are thin as paper. Construction starts at 7:30 am and sometimes goes on overnight in the new sunteck building being made next door. Rules are too strict to the point that I cannot even access the club house with my mom if her name is not on the lease. I cannot even dip my feet and enjoy the weather in the pool without wearing a swimming cap, I cannot step on the grass, I’ve heard pets aren’t allowed in the 2nd floor garden area and kids were not allowed to play Holi. Youngsters cannot record reels or click any photo in the common garden areas. All because old uncles who are jealous of people living their life complain and get the rules changed. Pool cannot be accessed from 1-4 which are peak sunny hours to enjoy yourself. Have stayed at rustomjee and Lodha previously and by far this is the biggest scam out of all 3. Look for societies open to letting people live and not make it a jail and skip this one

this is the view i come home to. best decision of my life was to move here. great amenities, good spacious apartments. amonst one of the few good properties in the viscinity

DONT BUT OR RENT - they have 0 respect for their customers. One of the guards harassed me (have proof) and now after that issue is resolved i’m tired of living with the constant water issue, for days and days water is completely shut off in washrooms. Absolute menace and non-sense from Sunteck Group!
