This society has serious issues with water management and electricity. Recently, a child tragically lost their life at the entrance due to poor security. I strongly advise against buying or renting an apartment here.

Despite having only three lifts, the management restricts usage (including the service lift during office hours) without any proper system or alternative, causing daily inconvenience. Decisions appear reactive, not planned. The society frequently talks about safety and security, yet has no app-based entry/exit system, no digital access control, and no modern security framework. Instead, tenants are forced to make manual entries in a physical register every time they enter, even after full documentation is submitted. Lawful residents are treated like visitors. There is no consistency in rule enforcement. Guards are clearly not at fault—they are asked to execute unclear and constantly changing orders. The bigger issue is governance. Rules are imposed unilaterally, with no visible reference to bylaws or standard operating procedures. There is also unnecessary moral policing under the guise of “family values,” which does nothing to improve actual living standards. There are better-managed societies and rental options nearby with more professional administration and respect for residents. Until this society modernises its systems and aligns decisions with proper bylaws, it remains inconvenient and poorly run.
