Poor quality construction. Initally they provided free space around building to kids play and running later to sold most of spaces as parking to make more money.

Highly bureaucratic, commitments are not met and highly inefficient. Behave like a govt setup as though they are rationing some rare commodity rather than selling an expensive apartment. Sales team will make a commitment and pass on to the CRM team... who are basically trained to block all customer queries by quoting some process... which is convenient only to the builder's employees and even their agents appointed for 'facilitation'. Once you have paid, then true colours emerge in the agreement : parking will be 'shared' in agreement, not allotted. Good luck if you have to collect any refunds.

One marine project at marine drive - Gave a deposit of 7.5 lakhs that was suppose to be refunded within 3 months now its been more then two years of request cannot trust seth builders hoping nobody else gets scammed. Vijayan & Rickin were the employees who yet work there the builder himself is also involved

We thought that Sheth creators are reputed builders. They took money from us and not completed our project in Auris Malad saying the financial factors and at the same time taking every other project in the vicinity and making us fools. Pls be aware, they are not a good people to give your hard earned money . Be careful!!
