The project is very well connected. It's close to Mumbai’s main business hub, Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), which makes travel super easy. The upcoming Metro Line 3 and regular buses to nearby stations like Kurla, Sion, and Bandra make daily commuting simple and convenient.
BKC 9 is an excellent project. The proximity to hospitals, schools, and even workplaces is great. Excellent amenities make it a convenient and comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended for professionals!
Playground and garden areas look nice. will be good for kids and evening walks.
Being a working professional, BKC9 is situated at the best location. It will be easier for me to travel to work from BKC9 once I reside there! Excited to live in one of the spacious apartments here!

I would strongly advise against buying flats here. There are persistent issues with basic amenities such as electricity and water supply. Power cuts are frequent, water availability is unreliable, and overall maintenance and service quality are poor. Despite repeated complaints, these problems are not resolved in a timely manner. Considering the high investment involved in purchasing a flat, the lack of essential services makes this property unsuitable for comfortable living. Prospective buyers should carefully evaluate these issues before making any decision.

So nice Environment..nice Hospitality....caring people....So spacious construction area..beautiful amenities..I think it will prove an important place for all professional people in Pune area...the bliss you will feel here will be awesome....natural environment will be one of the most important aspect provided here...all ecofriendaly environment is maintened here
