I had a terrible experience with Rustomjee Developers regarding their La Familia project in Thane. At the time of booking, their sales team assured us that the ₹51,000 token amount would be refunded in case of cancellation. This promise was a key reason we proceeded with the booking. However, despite canceling the booking and following all procedures, they have outright refused to refund the amount. Their sales team’s guarantee now feels like a blatant lie, and it has been days with no resolution or even a response from their side. Their behaviour is fraudulent and unethical, and their silence only adds to our frustration and financial stress. I strongly urge potential buyers to be cautious and think twice before trusting Rustomjee Developers. Their false promises and disregard for customer concerns are unacceptable.
Nice Project of Three towers of 45 Stories. Rooftop Amenities on 46Th floor with Infinity Olympic Size Swimming Pool
If all amenities as said by the sales team and the 20 mtr DP road as built gets the retail outlets alongside, then this property would be worth buying. Elevation looks decent as well
I bought property in Rustomjee Urbania. This builder is not giving back 25000 deposit. There are a lot of issues with Amenities and overall experience is pathetic
