The after-sales service at Ruparel Vivanza is one of the worst I’ve experienced. I’ve been chasing the CRM team for weeks just to complete my registration and obtain a simple ITR-related letter. Emails are ignored, calls go unanswered, and the Relationship Manager and CRM team don’t even seem to know the outstanding amount due. Once the sale is done, customer support appears to be non-existent. For such a major investment, this level of incompetence and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable
