Kurla is centrally located and Ruparel crest is best upcoming project here. For Commercial and Residential. 1 BHK starts from 88 lacs.
the project was supposed to be handed over in december 2025 but till date august 2026 the construction is not completed for petty reasons nd dsnt seems to be completed by december 2026 as well
