Club house is awesome Really having great time with Ishant Purohit gym trainer helping me a lot… Overall Complex is good but there r some issues which r to be solved Security concerns Lots of Dogs entering the complex reaching upto podium parking n entering in lobby very scary n dangerous for school going kids Some other issues to be discussed with management Regarding construction going on lobby area for what purpose which was not show in the broucher Should be cleared by the Runwal management
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience with Runwal Sanctuary. The project is beautifully planned with well-maintained amenities, lush green open spaces, and a peaceful environment that makes it a great place to live. The construction quality and overall design are impressive, and the location offers excellent connectivity to major parts of the city. A special thanks to Ms. Natasha from the CRM team, who was extremely helpful and supportive in completing the possession process. She addressed our queries promptly, coordinated everything efficiently, and ensured the entire process was completed smoothly.
Sports club is good maintained, coach are also cooperative & helping us . Swimming pool & steam facility are also very good maintained without disturbance. All staffs including liftman & reception counter security are well behaving. Daily debris removal from room is also good. In gym drinking water facility needs to be provided.
Amazing space given by the builder, Lobby is grand and the balcony space is also good, construction is top notch
What is the point of charging 3000+gst for theater which most residents will never afford unless they have 20-25 people atleast which is next to impossible. I have in so many societies where theaters can be used at 100 per person and ita soo widely used. Don't price amenities which is out of reach for most residents. Instead price it in a way that is used widely and it can generate good revenue for you as well. It seems we will have to live with such practices till builder keep control and RWA is formed.

Poor quality of material used in construction, Flats are build different from the layout shared, worst experience and the staff from lower level to highhest management aal are trained to trouble customers and just delay the work. They harras customers for thier mistakes and upon conforntation talk rudely and provide no updates.

When I needed to cancel, what followed was months of delay, harassment, and disregard for a customer's rights. ❌ Cancellation not processed despite valid request ❌ My ₹1,08,000 withheld without reason ❌ Follow-ups met with silence and excuses ❌ Forced to visit their office multiple times Directly responsible: 👉 Mr. Virendra Yadav — behaves as if he owns Runwal, not an employee accountable to customers 👉 Mr. Ajinkya Pawar — equally unresponsive and dismissive This is not how a reputed builder should treat homebuyers investing their life savings. To all homebuyers — document EVERYTHING. Get every promise in writing. Never trust verbal assurances. Pathetic service. Their call centre has harassed me even after repeated requests to be put on DND. Their employees will insist on selling the flat to you even if you die buying it. Tried to speak to the manager a few times, but that also doesn’t work. Every weekday and weekend— runwal will frustrate you with their new building— i do not care. If you cannot sell — then stop making more buildings. Do not give your number to this builder— his telecalling team will make your life misreable. No kidding.

Looks Well constructed commercial building however there no parking for outsiders, special lift for big shots, helpful staffs at ground floor.
