Visited Runwal Raaya recently. Project ka overall feel premium hai — low density planning aur spacing clearly noticeable hai. Surrounding Mix hai little inside and bottlenecks bhi hai at current stage. Location wise, Worli belt always remains strong, especially with improving connectivity around. Layouts kaafi spacious lagte hain, which is a big plus for end-use buyers. At the same time, possession timeline long hai, so this is more of a long-term decision. Also, pricing is already in the premium bracket, so comparison with nearby projects is natural. Overall — good project, but more suited for lifestyle buyers and long-term holders, not really for short-term gains.
