I am living here in D1 building rohan abhilasha phase 1 for 2 years and fully enjoing livliness atmosphere,cultural activities, facilities such as gated security specially uninterrupted water & electricity supplies and lots of amenities provided which are very well maintained by builder& providers.

Rohan Builders – A Name That Delivers Promises Only on Paper I am a resident of Rohan Ananta, and I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the unprofessional, careless, and negligent attitude of Rohan Builders. It has now been over a year since I started raising complaints about rainwater entering my flat and flooding the lobby — yet the issue remains unresolved. If you're considering buying a Rohan property, ask yourself: Are you ready to risk your family's safety and live in constant mental stress because of their negligence? you found difference in same projects. Highly dissatisfied. Would NOT recommend.

Don't Buy Rohan builder means the Worst management, poor quality and most important don't bother after sale. Very pathetic service after sale and possession. They give false promise during sale of flats but once sold they don't care and bother what problems you are facing in flats and society. They are only taking care for front area of project to attract the new customer but don't care inside or backside areas of the project. Rohan Abhilasha B cluster Even after multiple escalation and chaser by society for pending issues, builder has not resolved major issues and no proper response since 8 month of possession.

Rohan may be a "big name" but Here is my experience with sales and crm.. they take 3 L booking amnt against the flat without confirming parking and saying parking can be selected next day in shivajinagar ofc with CRM team. Next day when you call CRM they tell different story and post call, with sales team, you would be called to traffic choked shivaji nagar ofc. Their they make you wait and then they open parking map. After selection they say selected parking would be confirmed at the time of agreement, till then anyone else can select that parking which you have selected. Means parking selection is based on who goes for agreement first. Your booking has no value in parking. So literally they just show you parking map in shivaji nagar ofc after booking. If you escalate, some AGM guy comes and says its their SOP, if customer does not want to follow their SOP, you can have your booking cheque back. My issue with Rohan management(general points for others to consider): 1. Why don't you make it clear during booking that parking choice will be catered/alloted only after payment needed till agreement. 2. Why make ppl travel to traffic choked shivaji nagar ofc just to show parking maps after booking. Why can't this be done during sales before booking? Client does not need your "corporate hospitality", they need convenience. 3. Corporate SOPs(if any) are framed for employees to follow and not binding to client. Client has every right to demand their choices be confirmed. Untill legal agreement things work on trust(both ways and not one way), which untrained Rohan CRM needs to understand. All our (and sales teams) time and effort was wasted and experience soured, once we were made to visit and waste our time with CRM in Shivaji Nagar ofc just for parking selection and confirmation. No other builder will make you do such thing for quick payments. Even if its SOP it reflects on Rohan construction's mentality of extracting quick bucks by stopping selected parking confirmation. Administer caution with such builders. Sales and CRM may appear poles apart.
