Pathetic CRM Team. All sweet during Sales. Once you are in there is Zero Maintenance and Responsibility from RAMA CRM team. They are only there to enjoy your 1 year of Maintenance Fee.

Pathetic group. Don't buy from them else you will regret. More details to follow. I wish I had an option for negative review. See the quality of construction. Following up with them for the last three years. Each year false promises to fix the issue but still waiting for a fix. By the way it's just the trailer. Can you see the Geyser socket that is 6A and was hidden in the false ceiling. Lots of other issues. Will edit soon with more pictures and details.

I am writing this review so that you will make a wise decision and will not waste time in future in writing such reviews. I have purchased two properties with this group (Barcode and Bizzbay) under assured rental scheme. They give possession and do not give rental on time at all. I have been facing issue in both property. Builder CRM team is pathetic. They do not listen and bother about you. They are specialist in customer ruining management. Builder hardly think about your rentals after possesion. All fake committments by them. Please do not buy propery with them. Pune has more renowed and superior builders who understand their customer voices and fullfill their own committments without fail.
